What is the average delivery time?

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs for The Netherlands and Belgium:
Orders under € 500,- will be charged €29.50 shipping costs for small items, such as water kettles, magnifying mirrors and luggage racks.
Orders under € 1.500,- will be charged €75,00 shipping costs for large items, such as folding beds, luggage trolleys and minibars.
Shipping costs for Germany and United Kingdom:
Orders under € 750,- will be charged €35,00 shipping costs for small items, such as water kettles, magnifying mirrors and luggage racks.
Orders under € 1.750,- will be charged €90,00 shipping costs for large items, such as folding beds, luggage trolleys and minibars.
Shipping costs for other countries and regions:
The shipping costs are depending on the quantity and the volume of the ordered items. After placing your order, you will receive an email within 48 hours with the freight tariff. You then have the option to either accept the quotation and process your payment or you can still decline the quotation and cancel your order. Would you like to arrange the transport yourself, please mention this when placing the order. We will then accept your order on EX WORKS terms and provide you with details of the collection address.

How can I process my payment?

By Hotel Supply you can pay via iDEAL, bank transfer, CreditCard (Mastercard and Maestro), Mister Cash, Sofortbanking and GiroPay.

What are the payment conditions?

Hotel Supply uses a payment condition of 100% at order, up to €1500. Above €1500, conditions are on request.

What are the prices?

The prices mentioned on the Hotel Supply webshop are excluding 21% VAT.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Products that require a minimum order quantity or have to be purchased per carton, will have this mentioned at the product information page.

Can I trace my shipments?

We try to deliver the ordered items as soon as possible. Therefor some products are sent directly from the factory. Duet o this reason it is not always possible to provide track and trace information. However we will always be able to provide you with an estimated delivery date. Can a private person order at Hotel Supply?

Yes. Please pay attention! Our prices are excluding 21% VAT. Deliveries are taking place from Mondat to Friday during office hours. Please provide a delivery address where someone is present during this time.

Can I return a product if broken or when it does not meet the expectations?

If the product is broken or it does not meet the expectations, please contact us.Reclamations have to be reported within 7 days from delivery date. Products that are returned must be in original / undamaged packaging.

Do I have warranty on my ordered products?

Yes, Hotel Supply provides 1 year warranty. Unless the product comes with a longer warranty period from the manufacturers side, then this will be granted.

Can I receive a discount when ordering many products?

Would you like to order more products in larger quantities, please request a quotation from your shopping cart. We try to respond to you within 48 hours with an appropriate proposal. Of course you are also free to send an email to info@hotel-supply.com, including your company details.
