We try to deliver the ordered items as soon as possible. Therefore some products are sent directly from the factory. Due to this reason it is not always possible to provide track and trace information. However we will always be able to provide you with an estimated delivery date. You can pay free of charge via iDEAL, bank transfer, Creditcard (Mastercard and Maestro), Mister Cash, Sofortbanking and GiroPay.
The mentioned prices are excluding 21% VAT.
Products that require a minimum order quantity or have to be purchased per carton, will have this mentioned at the product information page.
If the product is broken or it does not meet the expectations, please contact us immediately. Reclamations have to be reported within seven days from delivery date. Products that are returned must be in original and undamaged packaging.
Hotel Supply provides one year warranty. Unless the product comes with a longer warranty period from the manufacturers side, then this will be granted.
